| Made In Washington has been in downtown Spokane for almost 27 years. Robert Dewey, who started Made In Washington, was a friend of the man who started the Made In Oregon stores. Seeing an opportunity he opened the Made In Washington in downtown Spokane. I bought the store from Bob and Mary 12 years ago. It's been quite an adventure. A few years ago one of my young employees named Katie traveled to Quito, Ecuador with her Church where she came upon a "Made In Quito" Seems to be a popular concept not only in the U.S. but also in far away places. |
